Focus


The souls focus on the mind, body, and external events.
  1. Focus is what soul experiences of the body and mind in existence.
  2. Focus is attention to the bodies sensory input, the bodies actions, the bodies internal feelings, the minds thoughts,  memories in the mind and emotions.
  3. The souls focus can be on external events in the universe from the senses of the body, the physical bodies internal feelings, the mind replaying memories, the minds imagination, and emotional states.
  4. Focus can be on the automated functions of the body for a limited time, automated function can be taken control of for a limited time while focused apon, when no longer focused apon automated function of the body return to being automatic.
  5. What is focused apon is the main thing that is recorded into the memory of the mind.
  6. When unfocused physical and mental ability can become diminished.
  7. Details require a more precise focus, narrowing perspective.
  8. Heavy mental focus of the mind leads to being physically unfocused.
  9. Over focus on a physical body part can diminish focus on other parts of the body.
  10. The ability to focus can be diminished by a lack food and sleep, and can shift focus into the imaginary part of the mind more, starvation and heavy sleep deprivation can also diminish imagination.
  11. Habits are learned automatic functions, habits require less focus to perform and the focus is mainly on the goal rather than individual actions.
  12. Habits are learned, automatic system involving the bodied nature survival functions such as blinking a breathing are not habits.
  13. Focus can be lured, many things can be happening at once and there is a limit number of things that can be focused on.
  14. Intoxication can heavily effect the ability to focus.
  15. The feeling of pain brings focus to problems with the body, and can be hard to focus away from pain.
  16. Skills and abilities can be trained over periods of time to become almost automatic, focus is required to learn these skills and abilities.
  17. Learning new knowledge takes focus on the subject, what is being focused on is what is recorded in the mind.
  18. Skills and abilities when learning require focus on the individuals body parts movements, once practiced movements can become automatic.
  19. Once new skills and abilities have been learned the overall goal is the focus, not the individual parts.
  20. When physical skills or abilities becomes an automatic process, focus may drift away from the physical to the mind, where a person imagines and remembers things from memory while automatically performing the physical process.
